The RaceNation Sport and Active Living Awards gala dinner took place on 8 November 2018, with 230 attendees at the Royal Yacht Hotel & Spa.

Seven local sporting legends from years gone by became the first to be inducted into the Jersey Sport Hall of Fame, sponsored by Ocorian.

Presented to a club, association or sporting body which has demonstrated a commitment to good governance, and excelled in all, one or more of the following areas:

Presented to a manager or coach who has demonstrated all, one or more of the following attributes:

| Presented to a non-coaching or non-managing volunteer for an outstanding contribution to sport or active living |
| 6. Active School Award, sponsored by C.I. Travel Group |
| Presented to a Jersey school (primary or secondary) for an outstanding example of encouraging participation in sport or physical activity within the school |
| 7. Active Workplace Award, sponsored by Hand Picked Hotels |
| Presented to a Jersey workplace for an outstanding example of encouraging participation in sport or physical activity within the workplace |
| 8. Active Living Group of the Year Award |
| Presented to a group, organisation or “movement” which has brilliantly inspired or promoted active living |
| 9. Lifetime Achievement Award |
| Presented to someone who has dedicated a significant period of time to sport or active living, either through playing, coaching, officiating, volunteering, promoting or working in sport or active living |
| 10. Jersey Sport Hall of Fame, sponsored by Ocorian |
| In 2018 the first Jersey Sporting Legends will be inducted into the Jersey Sport Hall of Fame. Inductees into this prestigious group will have performed on the national or world stage, or will have demonstrated an outstanding contribution to island sport. Entrants into the Jersey Sport Hall of Fame must no longer be active in professional sport. |
