BACKGROUND: Sam was born in Jersey; she went to St Mary’s school where she was in the netball, football and athletics team. She then went to Les Quennevais school and continued her sporting achievements representing the island in hockey and athletics. Sam did A levels at Hautlieu and the Diploma in Sport at Highlands. She has competed in the Island Games and European Championships for triathlon.
INTERESTS AND HOBBIES: Sam loves riding her bike, swimming and going to the gym and also enjoys helping others to reach their fitness goals.
