Judy Murray brings ‘Tennis on the Road’ to Jersey

Famous tennis coach spends a busy few days in Jersey

Judy Murray is not only the mother of World Number 1 tennis player Andy and his brother Jamie, but also a highly experienced tennis coach. Judy visited Jersey recently to promote her ‘Tennis on the Road’ project which aims to teach parents, coaches, PE teachers and volunteers the skill-based games she played with her sons when they growing up. Whilst her commitments in Jersey saw her deliver eight different coaching sessions to a variety of groups, Judy also found time to open the new Tennis Hub at St Clement’s Recreation Ground.
