Through our wide range of physical activity programmes, we’re able to support islanders of all ages and abilities to become more active to benefit their mental and physical health. From babies to adults in their nineties, whether it’s walking, cycling, running or swimming you prefer, we have something for everyone! Our aim is to create pathways for more islanders to realise the benefits of being active and take up a new sport. Every programme is run by dedicated, trained leaders and supported by our friendly volunteers who give up their free time to help others. They are all amazing and greatly support everyone to achieve their fitness goals.

Free Move More Toddler Play and Water Play sessions are available for crawling babies to children aged three years old, taking place daily at various locations across the island, and now also offering Story Time Yoga sessions for toddlers and adults. The sessions are designed for children and their siblings to have fun and encourage everyone to be more active through play.

Move More Buggy Walks are a free fun way for mums, dads, grandparents and carers to meet new people, chat and share experiences as they take their children on an easy buggy walk. They take place along buggy friendly routes around the island and last for about an hour. To find out more and view the timetables for all the toddler activities, please visit:
