On the move! FB Fields pavilion to become new HQ for Jersey Sport

Jersey Sport is moving to the pavilion at FB Fields.

The body overseeing sport development in the island was set up in June last year and has been based at Fort Regent.

“We’ve remained in the old States Sports Development offices while we were finding our feet, but the intention was always to move to new premises which still have a direct link to sport and provide a layout more suited to our requirements,” said Jersey Sport CEO Catriona McAllister.

“Our new offices will be surrounded by facilities for athletics, table-tennis, cricket, football, golf, squash, tennis and more, putting us at the heart of island sport and active living.

“It’s a beautiful building, it’s only a short walk from town, and there’s plenty of parking for people popping in to see us.”

It is hoped the move will go ahead in mid-March. Active Referral assessments will remain at Fort Regent.
