Jersey karate Su-Zen-Kai. Members of NAKMAS our aim, is to help you become the best karateka you can be both inward and outward.  We believe in and promote equality for all, no matter your age, creed, or ability, we are here for you. Japanese styled karate karate with a scientific approach aimed to increase speed, stamina, fitness strength, flexibility, confidence and wellbeing through “CHT”, Correct Hard Training.

With circa 40 years instructing experience and 45 years karate under his belt and competition sport karate experience from 1979 to 2014, 7th dan black belt Sensei Paul and his team welcome you to enjoy the karate experience and discover what you have been missing.

• Tuesday: 19:00 – 20:00 hrs  –  open to all.
• Thursday: 15:15 – 16:00 hrs  –  5 – 9 year old

Samares school St Clement

• Thursday: 19:00 – 20:00 hrs  –  open to all.
• Sunday : 10:00 – 12:00 hrs  –  open to all.
• Sunday : 10:00 – 10:15 hrs  –  5 – 9 year old
