Delivered by MIND Jersey, this workshop aims to improve your awareness and understanding of mental health in sport and physical activity.
This sport-specific workshop, is delivered in partnership with MIND Jersey for participants, coaches, committee members, parents and volunteers of local sports organisations.
This workshop is part of our MIND Jersey: Sport Series, where we will explore different mental health topics and identify practical actions you can take to make your sports offer more inclusive and accessible for everyone.
Monday 29 April: Self Determination and Motivation

In this session we will focus specifically on anxiety techniques and sleep deprivation and how we can best support individuals who are struggling in these areas within your sports organisation.
