The Jersey football authorities are urging people to come forward to represent their parishes in the upcoming Trinity Shield.
The annual tournament over the festive period is the longest-running football competition in the Channel Islands.
The knock-out event, won by St Brelade for the past three seasons, sees Jersey-born players (16+) proudly represent the parish they live in, or were born into.
Some of the smaller parishes rely on a small core of players, and are often looking for new players of any standard to join their ranks and ensure matches are not called off.
