Adult Judo training session. This Judo session is for recreational and competitive Judo players.

All Coaches are British Judo Association Qualified and have passed DBS checks to evaluate suitability for coaching children and vulnerable adults.
Sports: Martial Arts
Level: Beginner, Intermediate, Experienced
Suitable For: Adults, Disabilities
Age Range: 13 years and above.
Clothing & Footwear: Clean White or Blue Judo Suits, new people can borrow a suit from the club.
For your safety and hygiene please cut your nails short, bring a bottle of drinking water for personal hydration and please bring a pair of sandals or flip flops.
If you suffer from any medical ailments that may have an impact on your ability to do Judo or be taught Judo, please tell one of the coaches present at your first session. This can be done in a discreet manner.

Club Membership is £1!
Sessions are £3.50 there after.

Communicare Community Centre can be found in St. Brelade, to the left, as you turn into Don Farm Housing estate (in a car) on the way to Les Quennevais Sports Centre.
