A fun, minimal contact game of rugby, for all the family from children to parents and grandparents! Play single sex or mixed, just play, have fun, look after your well being, meet people and maybe score the odd try!

This can lead to representing the island at international tournaments, like the recent World Cup, or simply being involved at something that you can play for life!
