Jersey Action Against Rape (JAAR) is a local charity that provides help and support services to Jersey’s survivors of sexual assault and their families.
The charity is the only on-island charity that provides specialised sexual trauma counselling to survivors of sexual violence.
JAAR operates a seven day a week helpline service that is available to call or email to get help and advice.
JAAR doesn’t receive any annual funding from the Government of Jersey and every year run events and virtually challenge to help raise the £150,000 that is costs to help and support the island community.
