SUPPORTIN SPORT FUND
JERSEY CRICKET
Jersey Cricket were awarded £279 in Round 1 of the 2025 fund, to provide a Jersey based umpire attendance at a Guernsey Association of Cricket Officials (GACO) workshop in Guernsey to enhance their officiating skills as part of ongoing workforce upskilling efforts. The initiatives are expected to directly benefit over 500 participants through the award received by the SUPPORTIN SPORT Fund.
As part of our ongoing commitment to workforce upskilling, one Jersey-based umpire will participate in a GACO workshop held in Guernsey. This initiative is aimed to enhance officiating standards by providing advanced training and development opportunities, allowing the participant to broaden their umpiring knowledge.
