Jersey Netball Association were awarded £22,500.00 through the Professional Workforce Funding category, to support the Performance, Schools and Competition Pathway Lead role.

The role will help strengthen netball’s player development pathway by connecting school participation with club, academy, competition, and performance opportunities. It will support coaching standards, competition delivery, school engagement, talent identification, and inclusive progression routes for players from grassroots through to higher levels of the sport.
