Safeguarding Policy

Our Safeguarding Policy sets out Jersey Sport’s arrangements for safeguarding children, young people, and adults at risk. It defines roles and responsibilities across the organisation and with partner agencies, and provides clear procedures for responding to concerns, disclosures, or allegations of harm, abuse, or neglect.

Complaints Procedure

Jersey Sport is committed to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in the delivery of its services.

Our Complaints Procedure sets out the framework for raising, investigating, and resolving complaints. It ensures that all complaints are managed fairly, consistently, and in a timely manner, with appropriate escalation routes where necessary.
