Home Farm Equestrian were awarded £4,599 in Round 1 of the 2025 fund, to provide investment in local officials to raise event standards, grow participation, and ensure a safe, inclusive future for equestrian sport in Jersey. The initiatives are expected to directly benefit multiple participants through the award received by the SUPPORTIN SPORT Fund.
Home Farm Equestrian is committed to growing the sport safely, sustainably, and inclusively by supporting riders of all ages and abilities. A key focus of the current project is developing skilled on-island officials to enhance event quality and ensure safe, well-run competitions. This includes supporting the advancement qualified active course builders, to Level 3 status—benefiting not only their club but the wider equestrian community. Additionally, supporting officials to become a British Show jumping Judges, further strengthens local officiating capacity. This initiative aligns with Jersey Sport’s priorities by increasing participation, building a skilled sports workforce, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive equestrian environment for all.
