Siena Stephens
Triathlon

Siena is a performance triathlete from Jersey, currently balancing training with her final year of studies at JCG, she is coached by Chris Stephens, Jodie Swallow, and Nathan Jegou at Tigers Swimming Club.

Over the 2024 season, Siena’s performances in the British Triathlon Super Series races consistently improved. The season concluded with a 2nd-place finish at the British Triathlon National Championships, securing a national ranking of 5th place.

Some of Siena’s proudest achievements include finishing 5th in the individual race at the Youth Commonwealth Games and winning a bronze medal in the relay alongside her teammate and friend, Luke Holmes. At the 2023 Island Games Siena earned a total of five medals across both swimming events and triathlon, including a victory in the mixed triathlon relay with teammates Ollie Turner and Luke Holmes.

In the 2025 season, Siena has already competed in the British Triathlon Super Series in Wales, where she finished as the 3rd junior in her debut race at this level.

Siena’s goal is to maintain a top-3 position throughout the season, which would provide opportunities to qualify for both the European and World Junior Triathlon Championships. Still in the younger year of her category, she will have the same opportunities again next year.
