Jay is a competitive cyclist for Team Jersey, boasting some of his most recent sporting achievements at the Cross–Country Mountain Biking National Race at Margam Park in Wales (12th Elite), Short Track National Championships (9th) and U23 Cross Country Championship Race (8th) to round off a successful 2024. 

In 2025, Jay aims to compete in more international events, including the six-stage marathon cross-country event, Andalucia Bike Race. He is also excited to target the prestigious 3 Nations Cup series in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany, alongside the all-important British National Series and the highly anticipated Orkney 2025 Island Games.
