Jack Militis
Swimming

14-year-old swimmer Jack has been competing for tigers swimming club since he was 7 and has steadily developed as a junior athlete. Over the past three seasons, he has earned multiple titles and gained valuable experience at higher levels of competition.

In 2025, Jack was selected to represent the English Schools team at the World School Games, where he won silver in the 200m Backstroke and contributed to the team’s medley relay performance. He also secured nine county titles that season, medalled in five events at the South East Regionals — including gold in the 200m Backstroke — and has qualified for the British Nationals in five events.

The previous year saw Jack win two English National titles and two silver medals, as well as seven golds at the South East Regionals. He also achieved podium finishes at the ESSA Interdivisional Gala. In 2023, he earned four gold and three silver medals at Regionals and picked up three county titles.

Jack continues to train and compete throughout 2025 with a focus on achieving success at the British Nationals. Currently progressing through the national talent pathway, he hopes to gain further experience at national and international meets, with long-term goals of further opportunities to represent Jersey and England .
