Jersey Squash & Racketball Association were awarded £4,500.00 through the Sport Workforce Development Award, to support coaching development and enhance squash and racketball delivery in Jersey.

The project will support local coach development, including progression towards higher-level qualifications, alongside specialist coaching visits and workshops designed to improve player development and participation opportunities. The initiative will help raise coaching standards, inspire players, and strengthen long-term development pathways for the sport.
