We are so excited to launch this 12-week fitness program exclusively for you!

The Mother’s Run Club is designed to seamlessly integrate running and strength training into your busy lifestyle.

**Program Highlights:**

πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ **Endurance Training**:
Weekly interval training sessions at FB fields to boost your cardiovascular endurance.

Mondays: 10:15-11am

πŸ’ͺ **Strength Training**:
Core and muscle-building sessions at Jersey CrossFit to enhance running performance and overall health.

Fridays: 10:15-11am

πŸ‘Ά **On-Site Childcare**: Enjoy stress-free workouts with our supervised childcare facilities, featuring soft play materials and experienced helpers.

Our mission is to empower mothers to reclaim their fitness and mental well-being through supportive and structured exercise.

Coached by Sarah Tambling, who has come back to running after having 2 very different births (C section and VBAC) she has created this project through her 10 years of knowledge and experience as well as testing it herself! (As well as many clients!)
