Royal Channel Islands Yacht Club
The Royal Channel Islands Yacht Club (RCIYC) originated in 1862 and is among the oldest yacht clubs in the world. It is a club with over 2000 members made up of both active sailing and retired/social members. Through a year-long sailing programme, it provides training and racing opportunities covering cruiser, sport catamaran, dinghy, dayboat and windsurfer classes. The Club is an RYA-recognised training establishment. The Club has bar and restaurant facilities and an active social programme open to members, their guests and visiting yachtsmen.
