Jersey Water Polo Association

Water polo is a competitive team sport played in water between two teams of seven players. The game combines swimming, throwing, catching, teamwork and is great for keeping fit.

 

Established in 1970, Jersey Water Polo Association offers a full extensive coaching programme to allow each player to succeed to the best of their potential through the guidance of ASA qualified coaches. We compete in various tournaments in Guernsey, France and the UK.

 

Training sessions are designed to support and progress all abilities. Newcomers, keen swimmers and ex-players are all welcome!

 

Sessions are held at AquaSplash at the following times:

Juniors (8 to 11) Saturdays @ 4:00pm – 5:00pm

Juniors (12 to 15) Saturdays @ 5:00pm – 6:00pm

Seniors (16 and older) Wednesdays @ 8:00pm – 9:15pm

 

Please note that in July/August, training sessions are held at Harve Des Pas bathing pool, tide permitting.
