Running club focusing on beginners and those returning to running to establish a new and improved lifestyle at your own comfortable pace. Leader in Running Fitness Coach Carrie Atkinson qualified with England Athletics will guide you through a Couch to 5k programme which will take you from 0-5km over a 9 week progressive period. 18 coached sessions twice per week with one solo weekend run culminating with a graduation 5km Parkrun on the final week at Les Quennevais Sports track.
If you want further motivation or enjoy a group running session to keep you active then we also “run” every Thursday evening 17.30 from Castle Kiosk, St Helier a gentle 5km jog and every Sunday morning 09.30 from different locations advertised on Jersey Running Beans Facebook page or our website www.jerseyrunningbeans.com/
Alternatively if you already have a passion to run and want to step up your training to the next level we have a “Keep me going” programme 5-10k over 12 weeks with 24 sessions in total.
