Jersey Kart & Motor Club
The Jersey Kart & Motor Club was founded in 1960 by The Rt Hon Otway Michael-James-Oliver Plunkett, Lord Louth XVI. The club raced at the Bel Vue circuit, St Brelade until 1994, when it was demolished for housing. Today you can find us racing at the Sorel loop road in St John, the only temporary kart circuit registered by the MSA – we guarantee competitors a unique challenge!
We race between the months of March-October, run a variety of kart classes for competitors as young as 6 and always welcome members new and old to come join in the fun at “the loop”.
We also offer catering facilities and free admission for spectators – making the event a good day out for any motorsport enthusiast!
More than 50 years of history and still counting.
