The Thursday Movement session is an all-round studio-based session. The class includes short bursts of medium-intensity exercises, mixing cardio and strength work to improve fitness levels.
Exercises can be adapted to suit all participant levels. The weekly sessions give opportunities for participants to meet new people and enjoy a friendly environment.
