Jersey Water Polo Association were awarded £12,625.00 across the Increasing Participation and Sport Workforce Development categories, to grow junior and female participation while strengthening coaching and player development.

The funding will support junior water polo tournaments, female-only taster sessions, coaching qualifications, and video analysis technology to improve the quality of coaching and player feedback. Together, these initiatives will help create more accessible entry points into the sport, strengthen the local talent pathway, and support the long-term development of water polo in Jersey.
