Jersey Functional Fitness Association were awarded £1,200.00 through the Sport Workforce Development Award, to support coach development and increase the number of qualified functional fitness coaches in Jersey.

The project will support two coaches to complete accredited CrossFit Level 1 or Level 2 qualifications, alongside mentoring and supervised coaching experience through the Association. This will help improve coaching quality, build confidence, and strengthen the sustainable growth of functional fitness locally.
